Daring Kaul of West Windsor was recognized with a national honor for superior academic achievement by the National Society of High School Scholars. He is a senior at High School South where he is an AP Scholar with Honor, a Red Cross Youth Council representative, a commended student in the National Merit Scholarship Program, and a member of the National Honor Society, soccer team, Chinese Club, and orchestra.##M:[more]##

Musically, he plays the guitar, piano, and cello. Community service includes coaching for WWP recreational soccer, Youth Council American Red Cross, West Windsor Library volunteer, Trenton Soup Kitchen volunteer, and musical performances at area nursing homes.

Born in Syracuse, New York, he has been a West Windsor resident for 12 years. He lives with his mother, Pearl Pan, a real estate agent with Long and Foster; his father, Sanjeev Kaul, a director with Bristol-Myers Squibb; and his brother, Ensign, a sophomore at High School South.
