The nonprofit capital city economic development organization Greater Trenton announced two recent developments.

First was the induction of three new board members: NJM Insurance Group Vice President of Public Affairs Mike Van Wagner, Thomas Edison State University President Merodie A. Hancock, and Wells Forgo Senior Vice President and Associate Manager of Corporate Responsibility Wanda I. Saez.

They replace board seats held by predecessors retired CEO of NJM Insurance Group Bernie Flynn, former TESU president George Pruitt; and Brenda Ross-Dulan of Wells Fargo. The three will remain active as committee members.

The organization also notes the addition of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey to its consortium of organizations that include Bristol Myers Squibb, Capital Health, Investors Bank, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, NJM Insurance Group, Princeton Area Community Foundation, Princeton University, PSE&G, St. Francis Medical Center, TD Bank, Thomas Edison State University, and Wells Fargo Bank.
