President Gregory G. Dell’Omo will be joined by local police, fire and EMS departments, as well as representatives of the university’s Student Government Association to place a memorial wreath at the campus flag.

Members of the fire department will assist with ringing a symbolic bell as the university reads the names of the Rider alumni who lost their lives on September 11. A Rider student will perform the National Anthem.
