Seniors to display art at Hopewell Library

The Hopewell Branch of the Mercer County Library is set to display artwork by local seniors.

The fifth annual Artist’s Choice exhibition is scheduled for Sept. 2 to 30 in the library’s community room, 245 Pennington-Titusville Road, Pennington.

A Meet the Artists is scheduled for 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 10. Refreshments will be sponsored by Medical Home Pharmacy. There will also be a one-day sale during the reception.

The Artists’ Choice Group is comprised of local residents who meet weekly at the Hopewell Valley Senior Center to work on their art and share ideas.

Members of the group use various media, including watercolor, oil, and acrylics.

Artists featured in the show will include Pennie Denechaud, Susan Ewart, Norm Fesmire, Dorothy Friedman, Bee Hilton, Ginny Manzer, Carla Olsen, and Gloria Panebianco.
