Pennington resident crowned Ms. New Jersey Senior America

Hopewell Township resident Diane Beebe won the Ms. New Jersey Senior America pageant at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City June 5.

By winning the crown, Beebe qualifies for the National Ms. Senior America Pageant, scheduled for October in the Superstar Theatre at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

Beebe previously compete in the pageant in 2012 and 2013. Last year she finished third runner up.

During the talent competition, Beebe sang Bring Him Home from Les Miserables. The pageant also included interview, evening gown and life philosophy portions.

Along with a crown, Beebe received a trophy, red roses and a banner.

Beebe, a real estate agent, resides in Pennington with her husband Warren.
