Joseph J. and Scott Needham of Princeton Air Conditioning in West Windsor received the New Jersey Small Business Persons of the Year Award for a father and son running a business. Joseph J. Needham, chief executive, started Princeton Air Conditioning in 1971. His son Scott, the president, joined the company in 1987. Princeton Air Conditioning has 42 employees and annual sales of $4.7 million.
