I recently spent the better part of an afternoon at Van Nest Park with my son and two-year old granddaughter. She loved it last year the two or three times they were up, and I was excited to have them this year because the new restroom building is now completed. And it is a nice building; I just want to know what moron designed and approved a restroom facility for a toddlers’ park and playground without baby changing stations.
