Thanks to Police & Strangers

We have been fortunate to have several important items returned to us by strangers who could have easily not bothered or, worse yet, taken our stuff and run off with it. That is not what happened to us the night we came back from a family vacation late at night and left our suitcase sitting right in the parking lot. A few hours later, a man (whose name I regret to say I have forgotten!) brought our suitcase to our doorstep and was off before I could properly thank him.

Several weeks later, I left my cell phone on the soccer fields at Community Park. Carmen Williams found my phone and brought it to the police station. Dispatcher Peter Buchanan then spent hours tracking me down so that I could pick up my phone late that night. Thank you all for your kindness !
