Wit or Witout? Famous Philly Eats recently opened its first location in New Jersey at The Shoppes at AMC on 199 Sloan Avenue in Hamilton Township. The restaurant hosted a ceremonial ribbon-cutting with Mayor Kelly Yaede and mid-Jersey Chamber of Commerce President Bob Prunetti.

The “Born and Raised in Philly” eatery serves authentic Philly cheesesteaks – wit or witout onions, South Philly hoagies, and Original Philly tomato pies, as well as spicy Philly fries and other sides for eat-in or carryout. Wit or Witout? also caters for private and corporate events, along with tailgate parties.

Along with winning Guy Fieri’s Cheesesteak Battle, Wit or Witout was named among Philadelphia Business Journal’s Top 7 Tastiest Cheesesteaks and is also a Philadelphia Magazine Best of Philly winner for cheesesteaks. Its tomato pie originated from recipes handed down from the founder’s grandmother and has also won several awards. Nation’s Restaurant News featured WoW! in their Breakout Brands 2014 issue as one of the next restaurants to watch.
