Credit Union of New Jersey announces Spring 2017 Breakfast Club Forum

The Credit Union of New Jersey, based in Ewing, and Biz Lending & Insurance Center have announced CUNJ’s 7th BreakFast Club Forum for Commercial Real Estate professionals will be held Thursday, April 27.

The event is for realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, developers, builders, investors, CPA’s, attorneys and other industry professionals. The BreakFast Club Forum will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Trenton Country Club in West Trenton.

The BreakFast Club Forum will focus on the trends the region has experienced over the past year in commercial real estate as well as the expectations for the future with the concentration in real estate owned investment opportunities, due diligence and current market practices.

The list of speakers include Andrew L. Jaeger, CUNJ president/CEO; Rick Stein, vice president/sales manager of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/Fox & Roach Realtors; Kenneth J. Van Liew, CEO/managing partner of Flipping USA & NJ; Timothy P. Duggan, Esq., shareholder of Stark & Stark Attorneys at Law; and David Lodato, director of business relationships at CUNJ.
