Bordentown City is set to host its annual city-wide yard sale on June 6 and 7. A bargain hunter’s dream, the entire community is welcome to take part in the two-day event throughout the one square mile city.

This year’s event is set to be bigger than ever. It has become a way to promote the reuse and recycling of unwanted household items as well as reinforce the sense of community. Bordentown City is the backdrop for the event; the sidewalks are lined with tables filled with goods ranging from typical everyday yard sale items to unique hidden treasures.

Only residents may host a yard sale as part of the city-wide yard sale, but the free event is open to visitors from neighboring towns.
