Reduce Stress with Meditation

I am a resident of the community and my daughter graduated last year from the WW-P district. We all know that our school district is one of the best education systems. It’s because of the hearts and minds that come together to lovingly nurture and groom the future generation. Thank you for leading the charge.

But for many years I have noticed that the children are facing a lot of stress and pressure. I really feel sad that our community is going through this difficult phase.

I would like to participate in giving something back to the community. I have been attending Heartfulness Meditation for several years now. From my own experience I can feel it really helps the person to become calmer and develop lots of patience and tolerance. Study after study shows that meditation helps reduce stress, improve emotional outlook, and provide balance. Teachers and students bond better in an environment where the body, mind, and spirit are nurtured well.

I want to bring in a team of specialists in Heartfulness Meditation. They will work to build a program that works best for the staff and students. The team will share simple meditation techniques that help improve wellness of being. Through regular workshops, participants will develop calm and poise from within. This leads to better concentration, harmony, and higher emotional quotient.

People in more than 130 countries practice Heartfulness Meditation. It’s offered for free globally. No fees are ever charged. I think it will be a great initiative to help us continue being unique and effective.
