Princeton Zoning Board October updates

The Zoning Board heard four applications at its October 25 meeting and approved three of them with conditions.

162, 166 Linden Lane, Aneesh and Simi Bakshi, owner-applicant. An appeal of the zoning officer’s determination to permit the continued use of two three-unit residential dwellings was carried to the next meeting.

617 Mount Lucas Road, Dennis Heller and Barbara Skinn, owners and applicant. A variance to permit the location of a shed within the required side and rear yard setbacks was approved with conditions.

78 Stockton Street, Mercer Hill Historic Zone, Emily Hoffmam and Russell Szurek, owners-applicants. A variance request for Historic Preservation Plan approval to permit installation of an air conditioning condenser in exception to required building coverage was approved with conditions.

220 Snowden Lane, Brett and Catherine Barlag, owners-applicants. Variances to permit the expansion and roof raising of the second floor and the construction of a steeper pitched garage roof in exception to the required prevailing front yard setback were approved with conditions.
