The program, led by Hopewell Valley Central High School football coach Dave Caldwell, is for boys and girls in grades seven through 12.

The program is designed for middle school through high school athletes. Sessions are set to consist of drills to improve running mechanics, foot speed, change of direction and lateral speed.

Caldwell and his staff are set to lead the program in the HVCHS gymnasium from Jan.5 to March 5. The eight-week program is scheduled to meet Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 to 9 p.m. for a total of 16 training sessions.

The cost of the program is $150 for Hopewell Township residents and $172 for non-residents.
