Hamilton police ask public to help identify Liberty Street burglary suspect

Hamilton police are asking the public’s help to identify a suspect who they believe burglarized two apartments.

Hamilton police were called to the 1500 block of Liberty Street on Dec. 5 to investigate two burglarized apartments, according to a statement from township police.

Police said the victim of one of the apartments came home around noon and interrupted the burglaries in progress. The suspect, pictured above, was photographed leaving the scene, according to police.

The suspect is described as having a medium build. Police said the suspect may be a black or Hispanic male or female, approximately 5’6” tall. The suspect was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, gray hooded sweat shirt and black backpack.

Hamilton detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the above suspect involved in this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det.
