The Hamilton Elks honored Eagle Scout Christopher Palmer for receiving the highest rank in Boy Scouts on Nov. 30.

Palmer’s Eagle Scout project consisted of constructing a concrete walkway to provide wheelchair access to participants of the Assunpink Environmental Institute.

He is a member of Troop 38.
