Club offers Nottingham students taste of Italy

Christopher (Cristoforo) Eckhardt, Brian (Bruno) Xicay and Valerie (Valeria) Bravo sell gelato to students after school.

Nottingham High School Italian Club members are bring Italian delicacies to Hamilton.

After school, Italian language students sell Gelato Giuliana from a display case manufactured in Italy and shipped to Nottingham. Students conduct sales on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Flavors as pistachio, coconut, passion peach, blood orange raspberry, tiramisu, cannoli, pumpkin spice and oreo cookies.

Club members, along with their Italian Professor Frank A. Campione, aim to promote Italian culture and raise funds for scholarships for students studying language and the completion and maintenance the school’s bocce court and pond.
