Young Audiences of New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania is accepting applications for its teen arts program.

Emerging Artists Creativity Hub is designed for young artists, ages 13 to 17, who are interested and gifted in the arts. Program participants meet from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays at The College of New Jersey in Ewing.

Classes are scheduled to begin Sept. 29. EACH is a 10 week program.

Now in its fourth year, EACH offers visual and performing artists, a transformative arts education experience. Participants study and work in different arts forms with professional teaching artists from the Young Audiences’ roster.

The goal of EACH is to help young people acquire knowledge, understanding and skills in the arts. Students create individual artworks and collaborate with their fellow students on group projects. They also have the opportunity to visit the American Museum of Natural History and Grounds for Sculpture.

The program culminates in a community event that is open to all.

Applications are due Sept. 20. Space is limited and scholarships are available.
