Credit Union of New Jersey Foundation will hold a Designer Handbag Bingo in support of One Simple Wish on Friday, May 20.

All proceeds from the event will go to One Simple Wish, which grants wishes for foster children through the social service agencies that support them. One Simple Wish’s purpose is to empower people to bring joy to foster children in very simple yet meaningful ways. Something as small as a ticket to the movies, a video game or trip to an amusement park can make the world of a difference.

The CUNJ Foundation’s Designer Handbag Bingo will be a fun filled event with raffles, 50/50s, and various designer handbags. The event will be held at the Hamilton Elks, 1580 Kuser Road, Hamilton Township. Doors open at 6 p.m. and bingo starts at 7 p.m.

Ticket costs are: Regular Admission, $5 for 5 regular games (1 game card/sheet); and Special Admission: $25 for 16 games – 5 regular games plus 11 special games (3 game cards/sheet). Dabbers available for $1 each. Tickets are non-refundable and players must be at least 18 years old to attend and play bingo.

Additional cards/booklets, 50/50s and raffle tickets for a chance to win more prizes will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

“We are asking you to join us in supporting this worthy cause of brightening the lives of abused and neglected foster children by helping to make their wishes come true,” said a press release issued by CUNJ.
