Credit Union of New Jersey donates to Ewing disaster relief

Credit Union of New Jersey Foundation organized a Bingo Night to support Ewing Community Disaster Fund June 6.

All proceeds from the event at West Trenton Firehouse went to the families affected by the explosion in Ewing’s South Fork neighborhood March 4.

Bingo Night was a fun filled event featuring basket raffles, 50/50s and Coach handbag prizes. CUNJ Foundation raised $3,442 the night of the event.

The total amount that was raised for the Disaster Fund, including sponsorship and community donations, was $17,200.

CUNJ Foundation is a non-profit charitable foundation established in 2012. The organization’s mission is to enrich the lives of the people within its community through activities and to provide self-sufficiency through financial education.
