The Bordentown Elks 2085 Americanism Committee presented its 2016 Local Hero Award to Mission Fire Company at the Jan. 5 meeting. Pictured, Americanism Chair Sharon Sharpe presents the plaque to Captain Anthony Gadecki. The plaque reads: “In Appreciation For Your Hard Work, Dedication and Sacrifices as You Keep Our Community Safe.”
