More than 200 residents gathered to see a presentation on May 31 at the Hyatt by Intercap Holdings CEO Steve Goldin, who presented more detailed plans and renderings for his company’s 25 acres on Washington Road.##M:[more]##
The plans ioncluded a large public green complete with an ampitheatre for public events, a new farmer’s market, and a water fountain, surrounded by four-story mixed-use buildings with residential units atop and retail units below. Accenting the Washington Road buildings would be two towers.
On Intercap’s site, Godlin is proposing 72,”500 square feet of retail with 450 market rate condos and townhouses, along with 250 senior condos and townhomes and 144 affordable housing units.
