The West Windsor Planning Board approved two applications at its October 8 meeting, Chairman Marvin Gardner said. Advanced Tennis, which is leasing 4.87 acres from the Sino-U.S. Science, Culture and Sports Center on Clarksville Road, will construct nine tennis courts that will be used for children’s classes, a junior league, and summer camps.

The law firm Hill Wallack also received approval to place a large sign on the front of its new building at 19 Roszel Road.
