Lisa Dunlevy the owner of Five Star Painting (www.fivestarpaintinginc.com), is in contract to purchase six acres of Tamarack Farms including the four buildings on the property. She and her husband, Joe Jaramillo, have rented the property and lived in the house for eight years.

The property is zoned for commercial use since Scott Parry used to run his business from one of the buildings. The barn will be used for storage.

They were both single and living in Plainsboro when their sons — Steve Jaramillo, now 28, and Paul Dunlevy, 29, who played football together, introduced them. The couple married in 1997 in a wedding officiated by then-West Windsor Mayor Carole Carson.

Dunlevy plans to restore the signs and renovate the buildings.
