Kiron Roy, of Plainsboro’s Boy Scout Troop 759 became an Eagle Scout and was honored at a Court of Honor held at the Queenship of Mary Church on January 13. Roy’s Eagle service project involved the clearing of invasive plant species at the Plainsboro Preserve and creating an educational brochure about invasives for the Preserve to distribute to the community.##M:[more]##

A senior at High School South, Roy is a National Merit Scholar and is a three season varsity athlete participating in cross country, fencing, and spring track. He also plays double bass with the school’s Philharmonia Orchestra and is in the National Honor Society.
