National Honor Society Ceremony

The induction ceremony for new members of the National Honor Society for High School North students took place on Tuesday, May 5. Officers include Luyu Zheng, president; Chris Goldberg, vice president; Deeksha Taneja, secretary; Allison Latham, treasurer; and Tracey Haneman, historian.

New inductees includes seniors Erin Egan, Brian Foster, Matthew Hui, Ankit Prikh, Akil Penmetcha, Nikil Ramanathan, and Adam Shih.##M:[more]##

Juniors include Emily Bamford, Alison Berg, Nina Boal, Caroline Bourassa, Joshua Bugge, Michaela Calotta, Kevin Campbell, Brian Chan, Katrina Chen, Jason Chin, and Alyssa Christie. Also, Kathryn Davis, Brandon Frank, Anant Gharpure, Gitanjali Ghanadeskikan, Daniel Hayduchok, Michelle Huang, Sruthi Janakiraman, Stacey Janofsky, Alana Jorgensen, Michael Kaish, Drew Kenavan, Jacqueline Kercheval, Yiping Kong, and Kevin Kostiw.

Also, Paul Lavadera, Sara Lieber, Sophia Liu, Liliana Ma, Linda Ma, Vincent Mendola, Vidya Nandapurkar, Lindsey Olsson, and Alison Puzio. Also, Prathima Radhakrishnan, Marc Raziano, Rohit Reddy, Cameron Ross, Damini Saxena, Emily Schuit, Emily Scott, Aleesha Shaik, Aparna Shankar, Nikhil Sheth, Alison Shook, Grezegorz Solar, and Vlad Solomon. Also, Emily Stern, Priyanka Tilve, Lahari Vudayagiri, Emily Watkins, Marissa Wiener, Timothy Wu, Changlan Xu, and Louisa Ying.

Out of the Blue and the school’s string ensemble performed. Guest speaker was Josh Zeitz. The group’s advisor is Anne Lyon.
