ArtsPower National Touring Theatre is set to present The Monster Who Ate My Peas at Kelsey Theatre.

The musical is based on the multi-award winning book written by Danny Schnitzlein and illustrated by Matthew Faulkner.

The Monster Who Ate My Peas tells the story of Danny, a boy who does not want to eat his peas. When a crafty monster appears beneath his kitchen table, Danny is ready to make a deal if the monster will make the peas disappear.

First the monster demands his soccer ball and then his bike. The third request ramps up the stakes, as the monster demands that Danny part with something he holds most dear.
