Binghamton University: John N. Kalinowski of West Windsor and Anushka Prabhu of Plainsboro are on the spring dean’s list.

College of New Jersey: Plainsboro residents Alexandra Kadar, Meena Selvanathan, Yae Na Yoon, Laurence Hochman, Anne Balicusto, Bijal Desai, Saikrishnaraya Doppalapudi, Kendal Borup, Rebecca Alabastro, and Joy Mohnot; and West Windsor residents Jenifer Wong, Diana Befi, Joanna Ju, Rebecca Brodsky, Alex Thompson, Justin Parag, Teresa Akkara, Caroline Barone, Clifford Weekes, David Adlai-Gail, Stefanie Grossmann, Jaedi Gambatese, Kaitlyn Grant, Jessica Oertel, Scott Kelly, Selena Seto, Nikitha Gawa, Abdul Kazi, and Julie Bradley were named to the dean’s list for the spring semester.

University of Dallas: Clarissa Jugo of West Windsor graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in drama.

Goddard College: Donia Salem of West Windsor was part of a small group of artists in the Master of Fine Arts program to create a Gaza memorial wall art installation. They used a stone wall in the college’s garden to honor the civilian victims and recognize the separation between Israelis and Palestinians.

Salem, a poet, choreographer, and dancer, prepared zaatar, a traditional middle Eastern dish. She hopes to create a similar tribute in New Jersey.

“Paying tribute to the Gaza civilians killed is important as they are the ones suffering the greatest” said Salem in the Rutland Herald. “There is a striking disproportionate nature to the conflict.”

Loyola University of Maryland: Alexis Bruno of Plainsboro was named to the dean’s list. She plays club field hockey and is a tour guide, an evergreen leader, and a member of the Autism Club.

University of New Haven: Gabriel La Torre of West Windsor graduated with an undergraduate degree in music and sound Recording.

Rutgers University: Aditya Parikh, a 2012 graduate of High School North, was awarded the Robert Sells scholarship. The Robert Sells scholarship is awarded annually to two Rutgers physics majors who are chosen by the physics faculty for demonstrating outstanding academic excellence.

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign: Nathaniel D. Kaufman of West Windsor has been accepted in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. A 2013 graduate of High School South, he completed his freshman year with a 4.0 GPA.

Ohio University: Allison Frullo of West Windsor is on the dean’s list. A rising junior, she is an early childhood education major. An active member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, she will work as a learning community teaching assistant for freshman and transfer students in the fall.

Stevenson University: Jan Donato of Plainsboro is on the dean’s list.
