The students at Dutch Neck School are collecting funds throughout February to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Each classroom has a collection box for the children to put their loose change into from home.##M:[more]##

Gwen Hitchiner and Trish Miele, both third grade teachers at Dutch Neck, coordinated a giving to Angel’s Wings in Trenton. The children brought in breakfast items to put into self-decorated bags. Their goal was to fill close to 50 bags. “We plan to give all of our completed Breakfast Bags during our own Friendship breakfast celebration,” says Miele.
