Distinguished Concerts International in New York City have invited band directors Anthony Pappalardo and Scott Collins with the High School South bands to participate in a performance on Sunday, May 31, in the historic Isaac Stern Auditorium of Carnegie Hall.

“The West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South Bands received this invitation because of the quality and high level of musicianship demonstrated by the performers and the exceptional recommendations given by both Mr. Pappalardo’s and Mr. Collins’ colleagues. It is quite an honor just to be invited to perform in Carnegie Hall,” says Jonathan Griffith, artistic director and principal conductor for DCINY. “These wonderful musicians not only represent a high quality of music and education, but they also become ambassadors for the entire community. This is an event of extreme pride for everybody and deserving of the community’s recognition and support.”
