The Like 40 Production chronicles the misguided plan of a seriously under-funded professor playwright who asks the family of a wealthy former student to finance his new play. The story gets tangled with romance and Godfather-like characters. Written by Tom Dulack, the show was first performed Off-Broadway in 1991.

Breaking Legs, Kelsey Theater, Mercer County Community College, 1200 Old Trenton Road, 609-570-3333. Reception to meet the cast and crew follows the opening night performance. $12. Friday, March 2, to Sunday, March 11.
