Kenny’s Meals, a business rooted in personal transformation and a love for nourishing food, will soon open a new location in Ewing Town Center on Parkway Avenue.

In a recent announcement on Facebook, the business said the new spot will “elevate the entire community with flavor, convenience, and good vibes.”

The new storefront, located inside the retail section of the complex, will bring fresh, healthy meals to a community that founder Kenny Garcia has always called home. Garcia grew up in Ewing and still lives in town.

“At a young age, I developed a passion for food, learning from my mom and finding joy in cooking for my sister,” Garcia shared in a post on the Kenny’s Meals website. “Food, to me, embodies life, love, and health.”

That perspective deepened at age 25, when Garcia experienced kidney failure and began dialysis.

The experience led him to explore the importance of healthy eating habits and the benefits of a whole food-based diet. He began preparing meals for himself—an effort that eventually became a business.

Kenny’s Meals was born from that journey and continues to be driven by a mission to provide healthy, affordable, and delicious meals “imbued with love, respect, and passion.”

In 2021, Garcia’s cousin, Doris Fernandez, donated her kidney to him. He said her selflessness not only saved his life but strengthened his commitment to the role food can play in healing and family connection.

“Kenny’s Meals isn’t just about food; it’s about nurturing both body and soul.” Garcia said. “We believe in the adage ‘you are what you eat,’ emphasizing the importance of nourishing oneself with the best foods available. Join us in our journey towards happiness, health and flavorful meals.”

The Ewing Town Center location—situated near Trenton–Mercer Airport and The College of New Jersey—is expected to open soon.

They also have locations in Lawrence Township at 4110 Quaker Bridge Road, and in MArlton and Newtown Pennsylvania.
