In the past, we have seen services mowing neighbor’s yards before 7 a.m. I thought lawn services had to wait until 9 a.m. to run their mowers?

Under ordinance 240-8A, lawn service companies cannot start their work before 8 a.m. and must end by 8 p.m.

If this is happening, you can the township at (609) 883-2900 to file a complained with code enforcement. Please have as much information as possible, such as the name of the company.

As far as the oil spill you mentioned, that should be reported to our public works department for cleanup. They can be reached at (609) 882-3382.
