Saint Joseph’s junior Zach Michon, a Robbinsville native, was selected the Atlantic 10 Men’s Cross Country Performer of the Week, the league announced Sept. 11.

It is the second weekly league honor of Michon’s career, after earning A-10 Rookie of the Week honors in September of 2016.

Michon led the Hawks to a third-place team finish in a field of nine squads at the 2018 Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational at Penn State’s Blue-White Golf Course on Sept. 7.

The junior turned in an eighth-place individual finish in a field of 92 racers with an 8.4k time of 26:20.
