Princeton Zoning Board hears three applications at March meeting

Three applications were expected to be heard at the March 28 Zoning Board hearing (after this edition of the Echo went to press):

53 Hulfish Street, PSN Partners LP, owner. A variance to permit an office use in a zone where such use is not permitted.

159 Linden Lane, Heli Shi, owner, Mark Weinglass, applicant. A variance to permit four window wells and two air conditioning condensers within the required side and combined side yard setbacks.

209 Moore Street, Haiyan Zeng, owner. A variance to permit construction of a new single family dwelling on a nonconforming lot. The lot does not meet the required lot area.
