Faculty Road in Princeton to be closed for underground utility work

A detour will be put in place near Princeton University as officials shut down Faculty Road for underground utility installation work.

Starting on Wednesday, May 23 at approximately 9 a.m., Faculty Road will be closed from the Parking Lot 21 entrance driveway adjacent to Denunzio Pool to Fitzrandolph. Officials expect the closure to remain in place until Wednesday, May 30.

Detour routes will be posted for the duration of the closure. Sidewalks in the construction area will remain open. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians are urged to use caution and follow posted detour signs.
