Princeton Zoning Board approvals

The Zoning Board approved the following applications at its March 22 meeting:

230 Linden Lane, Leonard C. Swanson and Micky T. Morgan, owners. Side yard setback to permit two temporary storage sheds.

226 Moore Street, Donald and April Readlinger, owners. Side yard setback and floor area ratio variances permit a two-story addition on the existing footprint. The addition will accommodate a half bath on the first floor and an additional bedroom on the second floor.

4 Garrett Lane, 4 Garrett Land Trust/Victor Rotenberg, owner. Relief from the minimum lot frontage to permit construction of a new single-family house on a nonconforming lot. The 3.23-acre lot had been purchased in January, 2015, for $517,500.
