Zoës Kitchen, a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant, is coming to Mercer Mall. The opening is slated for Thursday, Dec. 1.

Lawrenceville will mark the company’s third location in New Jersey, and will be the northernmost thus far. Zoës Kitchen also has locations in Cherry Hill and Marlton, with nine others surrounding the greater Philadelphia area.

“We’re excited to share our Mediterranean-inspired menu with the Lawrenceville community,” said Regional Operator Todd Lukas.

To celebrate the opening, Zoës Kitchen is giving away free Zoës for a Year to the winner of its Lawrenceville Facebook contest, along with two complimentary entrees to the first 500 people to enter the contest online. The contest can be found on the Zoës Kitchen Facebook page.

The Zoës Kitchen menu is inspired by the flavors and cuisines from across the Mediterranean. A variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

The Lawrenceville location, 3371 Brunswick Pike, will offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
