Meals on Wheels of Mercer County holding annual March fundraiser

Meals on Wheels of Mercer County this month is holding its annual March For Meals event to help raise awareness about senior hunger in the community.

People can dine at a number of local restaurants throughout the month of March, and at least 10 percent of the bill will be donated to Meals on Wheels of Mercer County to help provide meals for the home bound.

Following is a list of participating restaurants and the dates they will be participating:

March 2: Leonardo’s ll Mediterranean Grill & Cucina, 2021 Brunswick Ave., Lawrence Township, lunch and dinner.

March 7: Piccolo Trattoria, Hopewell Crossing Shopping Center, 800 Denow Rd., Pennington, lunch and dinner

March 8: Café 72 by Cugino’s, 72 W. Upper Ferry Rd., Ewing, breakfast and lunch.

March 14: Yankee Doodle Tap Room at the Nassau Inn, 10 Palmer Square, Princeton, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

March 15: Freddie’s Tavern, 12 Railroad Ave., Ewing, lunch and dinner.

March 16: Enzo’s La Piccola Cucina, 1906 Princeton Ave., Lawrence Township, lunch and dinner.

March 22: Marsilio’s Kitchen, 71 West Upper Ferry Rd., Ewing, lunch and dinner.

March 29: Revere Ristorante Italiano, 802 River Rd., Ewing Township, lunch and dinner.
