Trinity Church’s One Table Cafe to host community dinner Sept 18

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, Trinity Church’s One Table Cafe is very pleased to announce that Trenton Mayor Eric Jackson will be the community dinner’s next special guest speaker on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., inside the parish’s Pierce-Bishop Hall, 33 Mercer Street.

The North End Bistro at 354 Nassau Street, Princeton, has generously volunteered to prepare a three-course dinner featuring chicken piccata, wild mushroom, parmesan and truffle risotto and mini pastries, which will be served by a volunteer wait staff in a candle-lit setting, with soft music performed by a pianist, before Mayor Jackson speaks.

All are welcome to this dinner as the cost of the dining is offered at “donate what you can.” One Table Cafe’s net proceeds go to local organizations that feed the hungry. Dress is casual, children are welcome and conversation is encouraged.

Dinner reservations are a must and should be made by September 15 by calling Trinity Church at (609) 924-2277, ext. 352. To learn more, visit onetablecafe.org.
