Applications available for Woman’s Club of Lawrenceville scholarship

The Woman’s Club of Lawrenceville announced that applications are available for the Mary Darwin Heath Memorial Scholarship.

The $2000 per year scholarship is awarded to a young woman who is a high school senior and resident of Lawrence Township and is paid annually toward tuition fees at the college or university of the recipient’s choice.

The scholarship committee takes into consideration the applicants’ academic standing, financial need and character. A personal interview is also required.

Applications are available in the guidance offices of Lawrence High School, The Lawrenceville School and Notre Dame High School.

Completed applications must be submitted by April 1 and the recipient will be announced by May 15.
