Rishab Bhandari, a sophomore at High School South, won the 2015 Middlesex County American Legion Oratorical contest on January 31 at American Legion Post 87 in Woodbridge. Bhandari, who was sponsored by Lt. John Farnkopf of the American Legion Post 401 South Brunswick, will now compete in the regional contest on March 28 in Woodbridge.
