Healthy Children, Healthy Planet celebration set for May 16

The Riverside School is set to host its annual Healthy Children, Healthy Planet family fun day on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The school is located at 58 Riverside Drive in Princeton.

The event will include garden tours and activities, family yoga, sustainability exhibits, crafts, a plant sale, food and music.

Event participants include: Dorothy Mullen, Garden Educator and Founder, The Suppers Programs, Gratitude Yoga, Princeton Recycling Program, The Arts Council of Princeton, The Crisis Ministries, Executive Director of Garden State Community Kitchen Allison O’Brien, Sustainable Princeton and many more.

There is a suggested donation of $5. Proceeds will benefit Riverside’s School Garden programs in 2015.
