McCarter bids farewell to 8 board members

Departing McCarter Theater Board Members include: James Burke, Dr. Cynthia Cherrey, Elizabeth Christopherson, Gigi Goldman, Jim Marino, Bob Mintz, Kathleen Nolan and Val Smith.

At its June Board meeting, the final gathering of the 2014/2015 season, McCarter Theatre Center bid a fond farewell to eight outgoing board members.

Departing the Board are: James Burke Tony Award winning producer and director, Dr. Cynthia Cherrey, PhD Vice President for Campus Life at Princeton University, Elizabeth Christopherson President and CEO of the Rita Allen Foundation and former Executive Director and President of the NJN Foundation, Gigi Goldman President of Gianna International, Jim Marino Managing Partner for Dechert LLP, Bob Mintz Head of Governmental Investigations/White Collar Criminal Defense at McCarter and English and former Assistant Counsel for Governor Thomas H. Kean, Kathleen Nolan Regional theatre educational/admin. management consultant and Val Smith Woodrow Wilson Professor of Literature, Professor of English and Dean of the College at Princeton University.

McCarter Theatre Center maintains term limits for its Trustees, who must depart after nine consecutive years of service (or three terms of three years each).

McCarter is supported by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Princeton University, and over 3,000 individuals, corporations, community leaders, and foundations. For more info visit mccarter.org.
