Grammy nominated Christian Rock band, MercyMe, are set to bring their “Greater Than” Tour to the Sun National Bank Center on Saturday, October 24 at 7 p.m. Contemporary Christian artist Phil Wickham is also scheduled to perform.
MercyMe features vocalist Bart Millard, percussionist Robby Shaffer, bassist Nathan Cochran, and guitarists Michael Scheuchzer and Barry Graul. The Grammy nominated band has sold over seven million units in CD and DVD sales and gained several awards including multiple American Music Awards and Dove Awards. Since their 2001 debut album, Almost There, MercyMe has achieved 26 No. 1 Christian radio singles including “I Can Only Imagine,” “Here With Me,” “Homesick” and “So Long Self.”
Also performing is Phil Wickham, a Contemporary Christian vocalist and songwriter from San Diego, California. Wickham is best known for his hit “This is Amazing Grace” and his latest song “Glory.”
