Irish Heritage Association to name parade grand marshal

Robbinsville Irish Heritage Association is set to announce the 2014 grand marshal and Irish Person of the Year Jan. 26.

The honorees will be announced at a special gathering at 1 p.m. Dubh Linn Square, 167 U.S. 130, Bordentown Township.

A portion of proceeds from food purchased during the event will benefit the fifth annual Robbinsville St. Patrick’s Day parade.

The parade is scheduled for 1 p.m. March 15. This year’s theme is “a salute to our servicemen and women.”

RIHA is also set sponsor a performance by The Wolfe Tones 7:30 p.m. March 11 at Dubb Linn Square.
