Mercer County Executive Brian Hughes is seeking participants in a Superstorm Sandy survey.

County residents who were affected by the storm are encouraged to take a health and well-being assessment survey.

The anonymous survey focuses on major issues that residents dealt with during and after the storm. Questions address medical and mental health issues, preparedness activities and gaps in recovery services.

The data will be compiled by the Mercer County Division of Public Health and used in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Health to improve ongoing and future storm recovery efforts.

The survey is online at mercercounty.org. The deadline for responses is scheduled for March 21.
