The Teal Tea Foundation, an ovarian cancer awareness organization, is set to host its eighth Annual Teal Tea.

This year’s theme is, “Speak Easy about Ovarian Cancer.” Table captains and guests can dress in glad rags and deck out their tables for the annual decorating competition.

Rider University professor of psychology Chrystina Dolyniuk is the keynote speaker.

In addition to the keynote speaker, the Teal Tea includes a plated lunch, easy listening and jazz music from Joanne DeSimone Entertainment, silent and live auctions, a hat parade contest, and special comments from and in recognition of ovarian cancer survivors.

Proceeds from the Teal Tea are set to support ovarian cancer research.

The mission of the Teal Tea Foundation is to help raise awareness for ovarian cancer and support research efforts focused on early detection, treatments and a cure.

The event is scheduled for 12:30 to 3 p.m. May 4 at the Stone Terrace, 2275 Kuser Road, Hamilton. Advanced registration is required.

More information, including registration, is online at tealtea.com.
