The research team at Super Lawyers has selected Michael T. Pidgeon to the 2014 New Jersey Rising Stars list in the areas of Business Litigation, Estate Litigation and Estate Planning and Probate.

Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and locally in New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

Pidgeon, a graduate of Washington and Lee University and its law school, began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Neil Shuster, the now retired Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County, Chancery Division, General Equity.

Prior to joining the firm Pidgeon & Pidgeon, P.C. in Princeton, he was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Pepper Hamilton.
