House of Representatives Democratic Primary candidates to debate

The League of Women Voters of the Princeton Area are set to sponsor a debate among candidates nomination to the House of Representatives in New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District.

The debate is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 29 in the main meeting room at Witherspoon Hall, 400 Witherspoon St., Princeton.

Democratic Primary candidates are Assemblyman Upendra Chivukula from the 17th NJ legislative district, Senator Linda Greenstein from the 14th legislative district, Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson-Coleman from the 15th district and Andrew Zwicker, head of the science department at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.

Audience questions will be taken prior to the start of the debate.

The debate will be recorded for rebroadcast on Princeton Community TV and is set to be posted on princetontv.org and The League of Women Voters website, lwvprinceton.org.
